Which Bravely this is
Bravely Field Notes is this notebook. The theme word of the camp is also Bravely, which is why the notebook uses that word. The site at bravely.io is a different organisation. A search for Bravely Field Notes is a search for this notebook, not for that company and not for the host at jamboree2027.org. It is not the video game Bravely Default, whose fan pages collect notes from a fictional journal.
The bare name worldscoutjamboree2027 is the same notebook, without “.com”. The host’s site is jamboree2027.org. The two addresses are easy to mix up. This one does not take an application or a fee.
Names that get mixed up
A search can land on the wrong site because these names share a word. The notebook, the theme word, a video game, and the other websites are not one organisation.
| Name | What it is |
|---|---|
| Bravely Field Notes | This notebook, at worldscoutjamboree2027.com. An independent guide to the 2027 World Scout Jamboree. It does not register Scouts. |
| worldscoutjamboree2027 | The same notebook, without “.com”. |
| Bravely | The camp’s theme word. It is not the name of a publisher. |
| bravely.io | A different organisation. A search for Bravely Field Notes is not a search for that site. |
| jamboree2027.org | The host site. Dates, fees, and registration rules that bind a contingent come from there and from the National Scout Organization. |
| Bravely Default | A role-playing video game. Fan pages collect notes from a journal inside that game. A search for Bravely Field Notes is not a search for that game. |
How these notes are checked
Each dated page names the public page it read. The sentences are a paraphrase, not a copy of a bulletin, a circular, or a form. This site does not use the Movement’s emblems.
When two host pages disagree, both dates or both numbers stay on the page. This notebook does not average them and does not pick a winner. A later page from the host or from your association replaces what is printed here.
Corrections come to tfg8964@gmail.com. That address is the notebook, not the Jamboree office at info@wsj2027.pl.
Who is hosting
Związek Harcerstwa Polskiego (ZHP), the Polish Scouting association, is the host. The Organising Committee works as a foundation of ZHP (KRS 0001022285). The World Organization of the Scout Movement lists ZHP as the organiser of the 26th World Scout Jamboree.
Poland was chosen at the World Scout Conference in 2021. The host story calls this the first World Scout Jamboree in Central Europe. The Polish name of the camp is XXVI Światowe Jamboree Skautowe. In Traditional Chinese the camp is 世界童軍大露營 2027.
Where it sits
The campsite is on Wyspa Sobieszewska (Sobieszewo Island), on the Baltic coast of Gdańsk. The host describes the island as about twenty minutes from the city centre.
Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport (GDN) serves the city. A high-speed rail line links the region toward Warsaw. The host places check-in, day visitors, and media in the downtown area, with the living camp on the island.
Bravely
The theme word is Bravely. The host builds the programme on three pillars: you; you and other people; you and the world. Seven themes run through the days: Planet Earth, Peace, Unity, Solidarity, Diversity, Self-balance, and Change.
On 1 August 2027 the camp marks 120 years of Scouting. The word Bravely stays in Latin letters on this site, with a gloss where the page is not in English.
What is the theme of the 26th World Scout Jamboree 2027?
Nec temere, nec timide
The motto of Gdańsk: neither rashly, nor timidly.
Who comes
The host plans for up to 50,000 people, counting participants, volunteers, and day visitors. Youth live in patrols of nine plus one Adult Patrol Leader. Four patrols make a unit. A Head of Contingent does not also serve as an Adult Patrol Leader or on the International Service Team.
What this site is
Bravely Field Notes is a personal, unofficial notebook. It does not register participants, sell official merchandise, or speak for ZHP or WOSM. The drawings avoid the fleur-de-lis, which is a trademark of the Movement.
Checked in October 2026 against the host story, Jamboree 101, and the WOSM event page.
