Where the number 26 sits
WOSM’s page on the World Scout Jamboree says the first was held in 1920 at Olympia in London, with 8,000 Scouts from 34 countries, and that the event has been held every four years since, in different countries. Bulletin 1 adds that it was cancelled during the two World Wars and the Iranian Revolution. This page does not print a host for every number.
Four numbers are enough to separate the 26th World Scout Jamboree from the camps a short search can mix up with it. The 24th has finished. The 25th, in Korea, has finished. The 26th is the camp in Gdańsk. World jamboree 2027 means that row. The 27th is a later camp, in Denmark.

WOSM’s events page calls Bravely the motto and says it has a particular meaning in Poland, especially in Gdańsk, because of the city’s association with the Solidarity movement. The same page says the Danish Scout Council will host the 27th in Denmark in 2031, and it does not name a city. Silkeborg and the provisional dates are on the 27th event page. That page also prints 10:24 beside the start and the end. This notebook does not treat 10:24 as a ceremony time.

What the 26th World Scout Jamboree is called
The World Organization of the Scout Movement titles its event page 26th World Scout Jamboree and places it in Gdańsk, Poland, from 30 July to 8 August 2027, with Związek Harcerstwa Polskiego as organiser. The host story uses the longer title 26th World Scout Jamboree – Poland, 2027, and the phrase 26th World Scout Jamboree Poland 2027. The Polish name is XXVI Światowe Jamboree Skautowe. English pages on this site also say 2027 World Scout Jamboree and World Scout Jamboree 2027. Those are one camp.

What is the theme of the 26th World Scout Jamboree 2027?
The theme is Bravely. Three pillars — you; you and other people; you and the world — and seven themes sit under that word. World jamboree 2027 is this camp. Jamboree 2027 inscription is how a national organization holds a place, not a form on this site. Bravely Field Notes at worldscoutjamboree2027.com is the notebook, not the theme. In Traditional Chinese the camp is 世界童軍大露營 2027.
What that host story adds to the Poland guide
The story says the theme Bravely is there to inspire young people to take bold action for the world and the planet, and that the programmes emphasise courage in everyday life and sustainable development. It says the gathering brings together tens of thousands of Scouts. It calls the camp the first World Scout Jamboree in Central Europe. The island, the entry points, the weather note, and the day-visitor plan stay on the Poland guide. This page does not redraw that map.
The WOSM event page prints a start of 09:00 on Friday 30 July 2027 and an end of 09:00 on Sunday 8 August 2027. It does not name the clock. This notebook does not turn those hours into a ceremony time. The English dates page still puts the opening on 30 July, and the residents’ page still puts it on 31 July. Both stay on the Poland guide.
The host’s footer calls the office at L. Mierosławskiego 15, 80-430 Gdańsk, Jamboree House. The joining page already prints that address, the camp email, and the phone. This page does not add a new desk.
How a national contingent registers
The host’s terms for Heads of Contingent, updated on the knowledge base on 28 November 2025, say participation is organised through national contingents. Only a National Scout Organization in good standing with WOSM may apply. An organization with more than one association forms a single contingent. Only that organization can register, and there is one contingent per organization. Every person at the camp is in a contingent. An individual Scout does not apply to Gdańsk on their own, and this website has no form.
Each contingent has one Head of Contingent and a Contingent Management Team. The terms say the Head of Contingent does not also serve as an Adult Patrol Leader or on the International Service Team. They also say a contingent may not be more than 10 percent of the maximum number of participants approved by the World Scout Committee, except the host country, which may send up to 20 percent of that number. They say a contingent may not have more adults than participants, again except the host country. The terms do not print that maximum on the page this notebook read, so this page does not invent it.
The same terms say the number of Contingent Management Team members is limited by the number of youth participants. The minimum they print is one member for a contingent of up to 18 participants, and two for a larger one. They print further ceilings in a table, and they tell a contingent past the last band to discuss the number with the Jamboree Organisation. This page does not copy that table. Patrols are registered as nine youth and one Adult Patrol Leader. Four patrols make a unit of 36 youth and four leaders. The joining page reads those roles at more length.
Registration runs on an electronic system. The host’s early-registration note says only a registered Head of Contingent can submit the Contingent Allocation Form, through the secure HoC Base, and that the form includes billing details for an invoice. This notebook cannot log in there.
The early window, which has closed
The host’s news note set early registration from 1 June to 1 July 2025. A contingent sent a planned number of youth, in patrols of nine plus one Adult Patrol Leader, plus International Service Team members and Contingent Management Team members. The note said that first submission allowed proportional increases in the two adult groups later. A 30 percent deposit of the regular participation fee was due by 1 September 2025. The note said a late or incomplete payment cancelled the early registration, and that regular registration might still be open with no guarantee of a place.
A later host note said the early phase closed with more than 21,000 Scouts and adult volunteers: 42 member organisations, over 16,000 youth participants, nearly 5,000 International Service Team members, and around 600 Contingent Management Team members. It said confirmation for those early applications would come by 1 August 2025. These are the sentences of that news note. They are not the 3 July 2026 letter’s figure of 42,950, and this page does not add the two pictures together. The October reading of that letter is a different chapter.
Regular registration, and the allocation that followed
The same 21,000 note said regular registration would run from 15 September 2025 to 1 November 2025, again through the secured HoC Base, with more detail in the host’s Circular 1. A separate host page said regular registration was open and that submissions were awaited until 1 November 2025. The terms say the allocation form was due no later than 1 November 2025, and that the Jamboree Organisation would confirm the number of participants, International Service Team members, and Contingent Management Team members no later than 1 December 2025, then issue binding invoices. They strongly advise an organization not to confirm places in its own system before that confirmation.
The terms’ payment schedule, as updated on 28 November 2025, still shows a 10 percent contingent deposit on 1 February 2026, unless the early 30 percent deposit was already paid, an adjustment of up to 10 percent on 1 April 2026, a 20 percent payment on 1 May 2026, a 30 percent payment on 1 November 2026, and a 40 percent payment on 1 April 2027, reduced for contingents on the early fee. They say the deposit is applied to the contingent, not to a named person, and that 10 percent of the regular fee is not refunded, including for early registration. They say a contingent that did not confirm its allocation with the deposit by 1 February 2026 risked limited capacity. On 25 October 2026 that February date has passed. This page does not know which contingents paid.
One line in that schedule is not on this site’s reading of Bulletin 1. The terms start personal-data registration on 15 May 2026 and end it on 1 January 2027. Bulletin 1’s calendar, already on the joining page, has International Service Team job choice from 1 September to 1 December 2026 and participant data on 1 March 2027. Bulletin 3, published on 5 December 2025, said deadlines were updated. Both calendars stay. Your Head of Contingent’s date wins.
The fee pairs on the terms page match the złoty table already printed from Bulletin 1: a regular column and an early column, for participants and for the International Service Team and the Contingent Management Team, in World Scout categories A to D. The terms say those categories follow gross national income per capita and were approved by the World Scout Committee, and they point organizations to a Treehouse participation-fees page to confirm a category. This notebook has not copied a category list from that page, and it does not reprint the złoty grid.

Jamboree 2027 inscription
Jamboree 2027 inscription is a French way of asking how to register. On the French pages of WOSM the camp is the 26e Jamboree scout mondial, in Gdańsk from 30 July to 8 August 2027. Inscription is not a form on Bravely Field Notes. It is the registration a National Scout Organization makes with the host, and the signup that organization then runs for its own members.
The French WOSM page glosses Bravely as « courageusement » and says the event is open to Scouts aged 14 to 17 from 176 member organisations. It names the Danish Scout Council as the host of the 27th Jamboree scout mondial, in Denmark in 2031. A family in France, Belgium, Canada, or anywhere else still asks its own organization whether a contingent is open. This page cannot see that list.
Scoutisme Français has published its own contingent page, with euro fees, a train plan it still calls provisional, and a 30 November 2026 date for writing to the co-heads. That reading is a separate chapter. The figures are not copied here, and they are not mixed with the host’s złoty table.
Wereldjamboree 2027

The Dutch paragraph above is how Scouting Nederland names the camp. Their pages also say more than 40,000 scouts will be there. That is their sentence. It is not averaged with the host’s other headcounts, or with the 3 July 2026 letter.
Their own signup is a different door from the host’s allocation. They describe a troep as 36 youth participants and 4 staff, the same count as a unit in the host’s terms, under their own word. They print a contingent camp in the Netherlands from 6 to 9 May 2027, over Ascension. They require membership of Scouting Nederland through the reunion in 2027.
The contributions they publish are the Dutch contingent’s, not the host’s złoty table: €3,999 for a youth participant, €2,999 for troop staff, and €2,025 for IST. They say the IST contribution does not include travel to the campsite. This notebook does not collect those sums and does not hold a Dutch place.
