Circular 08/2025 points holders of a Document of Identity to the Consulate General of Poland in Hong Kong or the Polish embassy in China, and suggests about three months ahead. Scoutisme Français

Scoutisme Français publishes the French contingent page for the 26e Jamboree scout mondial in Gdańsk. Read on 28 October 2026, that page says the gathering will bring together about 46,000 scouts and leaders. That is their sentence. It is not the host letter’s figure of 42,950 from early June 2026, and it is not the early-phase note of more than 21,000. This page does not add those pictures together.

The same page prints the dates 29 July to 9 August 2027. The host’s camp dates stay 30 July to 8 August 2027. 29 July and 9 August are the arrival and departure days this notebook already prints for youth contingents. This page does not replace the host’s camp dates with the contingent page’s span.

It says more than 700 French scouts are already inscribed, that official inscriptions are now closed, and that a few places remain. It asks a Scout who still wants to take part to write to the contingent team before 30 November 2026. On 28 October 2026 that date is still ahead. This notebook does not know whether a place remains on the day you read this, and it does not forward mail.

The address it prints is jamboree2027@scoutisme-francais.fr, for Arthur and Corentin, co-heads of the contingent. Their page glosses the theme word Bravely as « Avec Audace ». WOSM’s French page glosses it as « courageusement ». A Hong Kong circular prints 英勇, and elsewhere on this site the gloss is 勇敢. The host’s word is the Latin one. None of the glosses renames the camp.

The euro figures they print

On 28 October 2026 the Scoutisme Français page printed three fees. It says they are fixed, and also that they may be adjusted for the zloty–euro rate and for subsidies and donations the contingent receives. Bravely Field Notes does not collect them.

Youth and leaders: 2,000 euro for a youth participant aged 14 to 17, and the same 2,000 euro for a leader aged 18 or over.
EIS: 1,760 euro for the Équipe Internationale de Service, aged 18 or over. EIS is their name for the service team. This page does not treat that label as a different job from the host’s International Service Team.
CMT: 1,800 euro for the équipe de contingent. That is their label beside the host’s Contingent Management Team. It is not the same line as the 2,000 euro leader fee.

These are the contingent’s euro figures, not the host’s złoty table, and not a 2026 invoice from this website. Do not transfer them to worldscoutjamboree2027.

What they say the fee covers

They say the price includes the jamboree inscription, which they describe as 75 percent of the cost; two mandatory training weekends and the transport to those weekends; a Scoutisme Français kit; and a share of the contingent’s running costs, including what they call the France tent.

The weekends they name are the WEFAI, a training weekend for adults in an international setting, on 14 and 15 November 2026, for EIS and leaders; and the WEFCO, the contingent training weekend, on 27 to 29 March 2027, for EIS, leaders, and participants. Travel to and from the jamboree itself is not in the fee. This page does not sell a place on either weekend.

A train plan that is still provisional

They want a grouped journey to and from the camp, with an aim of no flights, and they say that offer is still being built and is to be finished in the last quarter of 2026. The lines below are the provisional sentences on the page read on 28 October 2026. They are not a ticket, and the aim of no flights is their conviction, not a host rule.

Units: A grouped departure from Kehl, the town across the river from Strasbourg, on 28 July 2027, by train or by train and coach, about 24 hours. Return on the same pattern on 9 August 2027. They print an estimated return fare of 300 to 500 euro, and say a one-way booking is possible. If you take the grouped transport, they say the dates are imposed.

Another way: They also name travelling on your own with an Interrail pass, and choosing the full return or only one direction. This notebook does not book either.

Their comparison line prints 6,400 złoty as 1,516 euro for a participant in Poland. The host’s table, on the joining page, prints 6,400 złoty as the regular youth fee in category D. Their line does not say that France is category D. This notebook does not adopt 1,516 euro as an exchange rate.

Not every French-speaking Scout

Scoutisme Français is one National Scout Organization. This page has not copied a list of the associations inside that federation, so it does not print one. A unit that is not in this contingent asks its own organization. Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, and other countries have their own. This chapter has not read their 2027 inscription pages, so it does not say whether those doors are open.

The host’s calendar stays on the 26th chapter

Heads of Contingent still register with the host. The early window closed in 2025. On the terms updated 28 November 2025, the personal-data end printed there is 1 January 2027, and that date was still ahead on 28 October 2026. Bulletin 1’s calendar uses other dates.
